How do I track my market segment sales?
RevOptimum will do this for you. Weekly, we produce and update strategy reports with room night, revenue, average daily rate, and RevPAR performance and compare these to pace/previous year/budget plus review market segment production.
How are reservations added to our PMS and how do we get paid?
The individual reservations are received at the property level via email or seamlessly interface to the Property Management System. Virtual credit card payment for room and tax is also sent to the hotel directly. If payments aren’t received we can assist in collections.
