Marisol Frothingham is the Vice President of Business Development and Business Partner of RevOptimum worldwide. She is responsible for the successful development and implementation of RevOptimum’s strategic vision. In this capacity, she has played a key leadership role in driving RevOptimum’s growth and development to become the largest Hotel Revenue Management Company in the independent hotel sector throughout North America and Latin America. Additionally, Marisol leads the company’s global human resources organization. Previously, Marisol led the Human Resources businesses at Benefit Inn, a Hotel employment benefit insurance Company where she focused on investing in HR technology and strategized business value. In addition, she was involved with the firm’s talent initiatives and HR strategy, including recruiting, training and program distribution. Marisol served on the board of directors and led the innovative program as a tool to increase Employee Retention at Independent Hotels worldwide. Formerly, Marisol successfully dedicated her profession to the Luxury Hospitality Industry which includes affiliations with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Mandarin Oriental Hotels and Trump International Hotels amongst other prestigious hotel chains. There she held key positions in Quality Assurance Control, Human Resources Leadership and Training and Development Management. Javier is dedicated to increase the independent hotels’ profit margins and generate values using distribution channels globally, revenue strategies, and yield management. Javier is an analytical Revenue Management Leader who focuses in room accommodation and rate inventory controls & tactics; demand information and sellout strategies. His methodical skills excel at the tracking and resolving hotels’ parity issues, as well as the excellent management of hotels systems such as Opera, Springer Miller, SynXis and Siteminder. Javier is proficient in Revenue Management, his experience was acquired in RevOptimum Company performing as a revenue management specialist since 2008. Piedad Rodriguez, brings a strong client focus, detailed business approach, and a decade of client service experience and financial management, to her revenue management role at RevOptimum. Piedad is proficient in the discipline of revenue management, particularly in the management of group and transient inventory controls as well as to develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies. She precisely maintains distribution channel data integrity and accurately implements appropriate hotel inventory distribution strategy. Piedad is precise at maintaining accurate rates and inventory allotments in the GDS and property PMS to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels. Piedad ensures the troubleshooting and resolution of any GDS rate loading issues. All this experience she has acquired in RevOptimum performing as a revenue management analyst intermittently for 10 years. Simultaneously to working with RevOptimum, Piedad’s career was driven in business administration, business development & operations, and human resources organization at a recognized dynamic and cross-cultural hiring company.
